Minutes
The 3rd Quarterly Conference for the current year, 1899 & 1900 Big Spring Charge, Elizabethtown District, Louisville Conference, was held at Rosetta May 5, 1900. D. S. Campbell, P.E., in the chair. After religious services conducted by P. E. Campbell the roll was called, and the following members were present:

We have no League. We now have four S.S. Schools in operation all doing good work.
Of these only the school at Big Spring is an evergreen. The others have been
organized recently. We have done what we could in pastoral instructions of children.

The general state of the church continues to improve. I think the attendance at all
the churches is better than heretofore. While we have sustained no losses in our
membership we have had four additions by cert. as follows Jas. R. Clarkson Annie Clarkson,
Walter Stith and Annie Stith and have baptized one infant Harriet Letitia Brown.

We have presented and are still presenting the missionary claims to our people and

The service as required in Par. 136 has been preached. Children's day has not yet
been observed nor has educational day been observed as yet. The collections for
education is being taken. A number of our young people are in school at Asbury

The 4th Quarterly Conference for 1901-1902 Big Spring Charge, Elizabethtown District,
Louisville Conference, was held at Howells Sept 20, 1902, D. S. Campbell, P.E. in the
chair. After religious services conducted by D. S. Campbell the roll was called, and the
